MM Group Leader: Masters Degree in Economics / Agriculture / Social Science / Civil Engg. / MBA with 5 years of Experience in PIM / Irrigation Management / Watershed management / community project
Civil Engineer: Degree in Civil Engineering with 4 years of Experience in Irrigation Management / Watershed management (Preferably retired DE / JE in WRD /WCD / ZP)
Agriculture Expert: Agriculture Expert with 3 years experience of relevant field.
Community Mobilizer: MSW / Mass Com./ Any graduate with 3 years experience in PIM / Irrigation Management / Watershed management / community project
