Qualification
Manager (Products – Digital Platforms):
B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computers/Computer Science/Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics & Telecommunication OR Master of Computer Applications (MCA) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized university/institution.
Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Digital Payments/Automatic Fare Collection (AFC)/FASTag/Digital Solutions/FinTech/Risk Management/Customer Relationship Management.
Preferred: MBA/Executive MBA and certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, NPCI Certification, RBI Certified Payment Specialist, CCIP, CISSP, PCI QSA, or CRCP.
Deputy Manager (Products – Digital Platforms):
Same educational qualifications as Manager with minimum 60% marks.
Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in the same fields as above.
Preferred: Same additional qualifications/certifications as Manager.
Age
Manager: 28 to 35 years.
Deputy Manager: 25 to 32 years.
Age relaxation applicable as per government norms for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).
