South Central Railway (SCR) has released a recruitment notification for 2025-26, inviting online applications from eligible Indian citizens to fill 14 vacancies under the Scouts and Guides Quota for Group C and Erstwhile Group D posts. Qualification

Group C: Passed 10+2 or equivalent with minimum 50% marks (not required for SC/ST/Ex-servicemen or candidates with higher qualifications like Graduation/Post-Graduation).
Erstwhile Group D: 10th passed or ITI (NCVT-approved trades) or equivalent from a recognized board.

Age

Group C: UR: 18-30 years, OBC: 18-33 years, SC/ST: 18-35 years.
Erstwhile Group D: UR: 18-33 years, OBC: 18-36 years, SC/ST: 18-38 years.
Upper age relaxation applicable as per government norms for reserved categories.
