IT Roles: 4-year BE/BTech in CS/IT/ECE or PG in relevant fields or NIELIT 'B' Level, plus mandatory certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP for Chief Manager) and 3-8 years experience in IT operations/strategy in banking/finance.
Information Security: BE/BTech/MCA/MSc in CS/IT/Cyber Sec or BSc in relevant fields, desirable certifications (CISA/CISSP), 3-10 years in cyber security/incident response.
Corporate Credit Analyst: CA or Graduation + MBA (Finance) or PGDBA/CAIIB, desirable credit certifications, 2-7 years in credit processing in PSBs/private banks.
Financial Analyst: CA/ICMA/CFA, 2-6 years in corporate credit processing.
Risk Management: CA/Masters in Math/Stats/Finance or Engineering + PG in Finance, desirable FRM/PRM, 3-8 years in risk verticals like liquidity/operational/market.
