Qualification

For Mechanical Engineer (Project/Pipeline Project): Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering of 04 (four) years duration from a Govt. recognized University/Institute + Post Qualification Work Experience of more than 03 (three) years in any Govt./Public/Private Sector organization of repute.
For Civil Engineer: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering of 04 (four) years duration from a Govt. recognized University/Institute + Post Qualification Work Experience of more than 03 (three) years in any Govt./Public/Private Sector organization of repute.

Age

Minimum age: 24 years. Upper age limit: 40 years as on the date of registration for the Walk-in-Interview.

Selection Process

Walk-in Interview (100 marks) - Minimum Qualifying Marks: 50 (for all categories)

Assessment Parameters: Professional knowledge (core & allied), personal attributes, and soft skills

Final Selection: Based purely on merit from interview marks (50 or above)

Form Apply Process

Interested candidates who meet all the prescribed eligibility criteria are required to report for registration to appear in the Walk-in-Interview. The process steps are as follow:-

➢ Step 1: Report for registration at OIL Human Resources Office, 5th Floor, Oil India Limited, Duliajan, Assam on 27/11/2025 between 07:00 A.M. to 09:00 A.M.

➢ Step 2: Carry original and self-attested copies of all required documents/certificates (Age Proof, Educational Qualification, Experience Certificate, etc.) for verification.

➢ Step 3: Appear for the Walk-in Interview on the same day. Final selection based on merit from interview marks (minimum 50 marks).
