The AIIMS CRE-4 Online Registration will be made through the AIIMS Exams Portal (aiimsexams.ac.in). The application process steps are as follows:-
➢ Step 1: Visit aiimsexams.ac.in, select “AIIMS CRE-4” and click “Create a New Account” from 14th November 2025 (10:00 AM).
➢ Step 2: Register with name, email, mobile to get login credentials; then log in and fill personal, educational, professional details.
➢ Step 3: Upload scanned photo, signature, documents (certificates, ID, caste proof); pay fee online for each group; submit by 02nd December 2025 up to 5:00 PM. Download confirmation page.
