• Possession of domicile certificate of the State/UT against which the candidate has applied, as on the closing date i.e., 14.12.2025.

The IB MTS Online Application will be accepted through the official MHA website or NCS portal. Follow these steps for successful registration:

➢ Step 1: Visit mha.gov.in or ncs.gov.in and click on the IB MTS 2025 Apply Online link starting from 22nd November 2025.

➢ Step 2: Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) if not done already, then fill the application form with personal, educational, and domicile details.

➢ Step 3: Upload scanned photograph, signature, and required documents (10th certificate, domicile proof).

➢ Step 4: Pay the application fee (if applicable) online or offline. Submit the form on or before 14th December 2025 up to 23:59 Hours.
