• Age for all posts will be calculated as on 01.01.2025.
• Nutritionist: Age limit as per memo no. H/SFWB/7E-02-2011/53 dated 15/01/2019 and recruitment notice SHFWS/28 dated 21/02/2014.
• Medical Social Worker: Age limit as per memo no. H/SFWB/7E-02-2011 (Part-1)/5564(15) dated 03/12/2014.
• Attendant: Age limit as per memo no. H/SFWB/6152 dated 22/12/2015 (Point No. 3).
• Relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories as per existing Government rules and orders.

• Application fee (non-refundable) for General Caste candidates: Rs. 100/-.
• Application fee (non-refundable) for Reserved Category candidates: Rs. 50/-.
• Application fee must be paid online only through net banking, UPI, or credit/debit card.
• After registration, payment is to be done using Application ID and Date of Birth.
• After successful payment, candidates need to re-login for final submission of the online application.
• Candidates are instructed not to deposit the fee more than one time.

• Only online applications will be accepted; incomplete or improperly filled applications are liable to be cancelled.
• If details filled in the online application differ from original documents, the application will be treated as cancelled.
• Applications without proper full signature and photograph uploaded will be rejected.
• Selection will be done as per the scale of scoring and recruitment guidelines mentioned in the respective State memos for each post.
• Marks in score-sheet will be calculated after rounding off up to two decimal points.
• Candidates found ineligible at any stage of the recruitment process will not be called for subsequent stages.
• The decision of the competent authorities regarding recruitment will be final, and the recruitment process may be cancelled at any stage.
