• Hospital Management Expert Consultant: Master in Hospital Administration/Public Health/MBA (Health Management) + 7-10 years experience in hospital operations. Desirable: Facility audits, ERP, SOP, NABH/JCI.
• IT Technical Expert (Digital System): M.E/M.Tech in CS/IT or MCA + 7-10 years in IT planning for hospitals. Desirable: ERP, cybersecurity, automation.
• Procurement Expert: Master’s in Supply Chain/Procurement/MBA + 7-10 years in procurement. Desirable: GEM, CPPP, World Bank procedures.
• Legal Expert: LL.M in relevant field + 7-10 years post-qualification experience. Desirable: Medico-legal, compliance, policy drafting.
• IT Technical Senior Consultant: MCA/M.Sc (IT)/M.Tech + 4 years in IT support for healthcare. Desirable: Hospital software, network admin.
• Urban Planner Senior Consultant: Master’s in Urban/Regional Planning + 4 years in campus planning. Desirable: DDA/CPWD, GIS tools.
• Hospital Quality Management Senior Consultant: Master’s in Hospital Admin/Public Health/MBA + 7 years in quality management with NABH/JCI accreditation experience. Desirable: Audits, SOP.
• Architect/Urban Designer Consultant: Master’s in Urban Design/Architecture + 2 years experience. Desirable: DDA/COA, AutoCAD, NBC norms.
• Hospital Quality Management Consultant: Master’s in Hospital Admin/Public Health/MBA + 2 years in quality management with NABH/JCI experience. Desirable: Audits, SOP.

• Age limit as per post-wise eligibility criteria (not specified in notification; refer to detailed PDF for any relaxations as per GoI rules).

• Shortlisted Applicants shall be informed via Email/ phone calls for their interview/ assessment/ skill test (if any)

The BECIL applications must be submitted offline through SPEED POST/REGISTERED POST only. The application process steps are as follow:-

➢ Step 1: Download the prescribed application format from the official notification PDF.

➢ Step 2: Fill in all required details in the application form. Attach self-attested photocopies of necessary documents: Educational/Professional Certificates, 10th/12th (if applicable), Birth Certificate, Caste Certificate (if applicable), Work Experience Certificate (if applicable), PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, EPF/ESIC Card (if applicable), Bank Passbook copy.

➢ Step 3: Enclose the Application Processing Fee as Demand Draft (if applicable) in favor of “Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Ltd, Noida”.

➢ Step 4: Place the duly filled application and documents in a sealed envelope, super-scribed as “Advertisement No: 528” and “Post Applied For – [Post Name]”.

➢ Step 5: Send via SPEED POST/REGISTERED POST to: “Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL), BECIL BHAWAN, C-56/A-17, Sector-62, Noida-201307 (U.P)”.

➢ Step 6: Ensure submission reaches by 30th November 2025, 18:00 HRS. BECIL shall not be responsible for any postal loss/delay.
