1. Download and print the prescribed application format (अर्जाचा नमुना) from the official website .
2. Fill in all personal, educational and experience details in Marathi/English as per the form, including category, date of birth, address, mobile number and email ID.
3. Attach self-attested photocopies of required documents such as age proof, educational qualifications, experience certificates, caste certificate, domicile certificate and other relevant proofs.
