Qualification

  • Asst. Manager (2025/10/01): Graduates in Plantation Management/Engineering/Agriculture/Bio-Science/Science/Arts/Commerce. Preferably with post-graduate Degree/Diploma (2 years) in HR/Personnel Management/Management/Agriculture Science. Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Tea Sector (Plantation, Factory).
  • Asst. Manager (2025/10/02): Same qualifications as above. Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience in Tea Plantation.
  • Officer (Sales & Marketing) (2025/11): Graduate Degree in Plantation Management/Engineering/Agriculture/Bio-Science/Science/Arts/Commerce, preferably with post-graduate Degree/Diploma in relevant fields. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Tea Tasting, Quality Control, and Marketing in Tea Industry.
  • Asst. GM/Manager (Legal) (2025/12): Full-time LL.B. Degree (3/5 years) from recognized University approved by Bar Council of India. Minimum 12/10 years’ experience in Law Department in middle-level executive position in organization of repute (CTC Rs. 15/13 Lakhs in last 2 years). For Govt/CPSE: Min 2 years in specified pay scales.
