Senior Library & Information Associate

Essential Qualification

• Master’s Degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with First Class or equivalent CGPA
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Commerce with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA
• At least one research article published in a SCOPUS or Web of Science-indexed journal
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a reputed institute/university with salary ≥ ₹35,000 per month

Desirable Qualification & Skills

• Diploma in Library Automation & Networking (PGDLAN/PGDLIM or equivalent)
• UGC-NET qualified
• Hands-on experience in installing & maintaining KOHA, DSpace, RFID systems
• Expertise in Electronic Resource Management (ERM), Remote Access (MyLoft/OpenAthens)
• Experience with financial databases, Research Data Management (RDM), Turnitin, Mendeley, EndNote, Zotero, Grammarly, SPSS, R, Web of Science, Scopus
• Strong communication, training & user-support skills
