Candidates must possess the following qualifications from a recognized university/board to apply for NeGD positions:
Engineering Graduates or equivalent, with at least 75% marks in the qualifying degree. Engineering Post – Graduates or equivalent, with at least 75% marks in the qualifying degree. Only candidates who have passed their qualifying degree in the last two years (2024, 2025) and final year 2026 students of the current year are eligible to apply.
A token stipend of Rs. 20,000/- per month would be paid to an Intern, subject to satisfactory performance, duly certified by their Mentor. The payment is contingent on regular attendance and satisfactory work.
Candidates will be selected based on the following process:
Interns will be shortlisted based on academic performance, relevant certifications & special initiatives. Selected for the internship through interviews by an internal selection committee. Possessing minimum qualifications does not guarantee an Internship opportunity.

The internship duration is fixed for six (06) months and will not be extended further. The program is an offline internship, requiring the intern to visit the NeGD organization daily to adhere to working hours. A token stipend of Rs. 20,000/- per month is paid, subject to satisfactory performance and regular attendance. NeGD will issue certificates upon satisfactory completion of the six-month internship.
