Qualification

Qualifications: Post-graduate in any social science discipline with minimum 55% marks.
Essential qualifications: Post-graduate in Anthropology, Sociology, Environmental Studies, Social Work, or related disciplines.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with field-based qualitative research methods.
- Proficiency in Odia (spoken and written) and basic communication skills in English.
- Willingness to stay and work in remote rural areas during fieldwork periods.
Experience: Period of experience counts after acquiring the minimum prescribed educational qualifications.

Age

The upper age limit for applying for the project position shall be 32 years as on the last date of application receipt (31 December 2025).
The limit is relaxed up to 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/PwD and Female applicants.
It is relaxed up to 3 years in the case of OBCs (Non-creamy layer candidates).

Salary Details
