Strong understanding of mobile app architectures, backend development, database systems (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB), and secure coding standards. Preferred Skills (Desirable): Experience with large-scale or government digital platforms, analytics dashboards, offline data sync, cloud environments, and Agile methodologies. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD processes, and cloud-based deployments. Knowledge of AI tools for Development, coding, review of Codes.
