MD & CEO – BGSS

Mandatory: Graduate in any discipline from a reputed and recognized university or institution.
Preferred: MBA from reputed institute.
Minimum 20 years of experience in the BFSI, Shared Services or allied regulated sectors with a strong track record of Senior leadership.
Preferably 10 years in leadership roles within Shared Services Centres (SSCs) of Financial Services institutions of which 3 years’ experience as COO of a large BFSI organisation.
Skill Profile Proven expertise in operations & service delivery, GRC, policy management, business planning & analysis, and client relationship management.

Age Limit : 60 years

UR/EWS/OBC: Rs.850
SC/ST/PWD/ESM/Women: Rs.175
