The position of Young Professional-I is purely temporary on contractual basis under the UPCAR funded project “Intervention of Improved Agricultural Technologies for Transforming Agriculture for enhancing farmer’s income in Uttar Pradesh”. The tenure of engagement will be initially for a period up to FY-2025-26 (i.e. March 31, 2026) and is likely to be extended further on yearly basis if required, subject to satisfactory performance of the candidate. Appointments will be on contractual basis and co-terminus with the project; the incumbent shall not have any claim for regular appointment under the Project/University/UPCAR. Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification of the candidature or termination even after appointment. The services of the candidate may be terminated at any time without notice or assigning any reason thereof; the Young Professional-I may also leave the assignment by giving one-month prior notice. At the end of the contract period, candidates will have no right to claim any employment or engagement in the Project / University / UPCAR.
