• Qualification: Master's Degree in Life Sciences
• Essential Qualification: Over 5 years of hands-on experience in handling clinical biospecimens (blood, plasma, serum) including PBMC isolation, serological assays, and large-scale biorepository sample management. Proven expertise in biorepository operations — sample processing, cataloguing, storage, and quality control.
• Proficiency in molecular biology techniques such as DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, ELISA, and gel electrophoresis. Experienced in mammalian cell culture, plasmid isolation, and assessment of cell health using flow cytometer, multimode plate readers, and biochemical assays.
• Experience in laboratory management, including LIMS-based documentation, reagent and equipment inventory, SOP preparation, biosafety and QA/EQC compliance. Skilled in supervising and mentoring junior staff, interns, and research assistants, and effectively coordinating multi-institutional sample transfers to ensure seamless workflow execution.
• Desirable Qualification: Preference will be given to candidates who have scientific publications in the relevant research areas mentioned under the essential experience.
