Applications received through email will be scrutinized based on eligibility criteria. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed through email regarding the date and time of interview. Shortlisted candidates must appear for the walk-in interview at ESIC Hospital, Ezhukone, Kollam, Kerala. Selection will be based on performance in the interview and verification of original documents. Final selection is subject to fulfillment of eligibility conditions and submission of required documents.
The appointment is purely on contract basis for a period of one year or until sanctioning of a regular post, whichever is earlier. The Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital, Ezhukone reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process or increase/decrease vacancies as per actual requirement. Private practice of any kind is strictly not permitted during the contract period. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the walk-in interview. Hostel accommodation or quarters will not be provided by ESIC. All communications related to the recruitment process will be made only through email. Incomplete applications or applications submitted without prescribed fee/documents will be rejected. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Wrong declaration or submission of false information will lead to cancellation of candidature at any stage. The contractual engagement may be terminated by either side by giving one-month prior notice without assigning any reason. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
