The OBC certificate should clearly show that the applicant does not belong to the creamy layer. In addition to the OBC category certificate, a declaration in the prescribed format as per Annexure II has to be furnished by the candidate during document verification, that he/she does not belong to creamy layer (OBC applicants not covered under the creamy layer, as per the standing instruction of the Government of India, as amended from time to time, seeking age relaxation, reservation, etc, shall invariably submit the requisite certificate as per format (Annexure-I).
