Qualification
- Personal Assistant (Level-6): Bachelor’s Degree + Steno speed 100 wpm (Eng/Hindi) + Typing 35/30 wpm + Computer knowledge + 2 years experience as Steno.
- Senior Technical Assistant (Computer) (Level-6): B.E./B.Tech (CSE/ECE) or MCA/M.Sc (CS) + 2 years programming experience.
- Semi Professional Assistant (Level-5): Master’s in Library Science or Bachelor’s in Library Science + 2 years experience.
- Upper Division Clerk (Level-4): Bachelor’s Degree + 2 years experience as LDC + Typing speed + Computer proficiency.
- Laboratory Assistant (Level-4): Bachelor’s in Physics/Chemistry/Microbiology + 2 years lab experience with sophisticated instruments.
- Lower Division Clerk (Level-2): Bachelor’s Degree + Typing speed (Eng 35 wpm / Hindi 30 wpm) + Computer proficiency.
- Hindi Typist (Level-2): Bachelor’s Degree + Hindi Typing 30 wpm + Computer knowledge.
- Multi-Tasking Staff (Level-1): 10th Pass or ITI Pass.

Selection Process
- Screening of applications.
- Written Test: Paper-I (Objective, qualifying) and/or Paper-II (Descriptive).
- Skill Test (for applicable posts like Steno, Typing).

Form Apply Process
Eligible candidates must apply ONLINE only through the Samarth Portal. Hard copy submission is also mandatory.

➢ Step 2: Register/Login and fill the online application accurately.
➢ Step 3: Upload required documents and pay fee online (if applicable).
➢ Step 4: Submit online before 21 January 2026 (23:59 Hrs).
➢ Step 5: Print the application, attach self-attested copies of documents, and send hard copy to The Joint Registrar, Recruitment Cell, Central University of Tamil Nadu, Neelakudi, Thiruvarur – 610 005, Tamil Nadu by 28 January 2026.
