The applicant must be employed in a regular capacity (not contractual/ad-hoc) in CPSE / Central Government / SPSE (turnover ≥ Rs.5000 crore) / Private Sector (turnover ≥ Rs.5000 crore) as specified. Central Government officers (including Armed Forces/AIS/Banks etc.) eligible only on immediate absorption basis. Applicants must give undertaking to join if selected; failure to join leads to debarment for 2 years for Board-level posts in CPSEs.
