PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Life sciences, Nanosciences, etc. with 1-2 years of relevant postdoctoral experience from reputed institute with good academic track record in terms of research and publications. Candidates with experience in DNA nanotechnology will be preferred.
Consolidated salary of 1,00,000 INR per month.

The candidate will be required to set up experiments for developing physical and chemical biology protocols for developing organic and biological nanoparticles. The candidate will conjugate multiple biological ligands to programmed DNA nanodevices for interface with cells and tissues. The candidate will have the opportunity to develop advanced laboratory skills including HPLC and Mass-spec, 3D cell culture models, biochemical and molecular biology procedures, and live cell microscopy. The candidate may have visits to experts on collaborations. The candidate should be a highly motivated, continuous learner who is able to work independently.
