Head (Technical)

Essential Education Qualification

• Full-time B.Tech/B.E. degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 60% marks from AICTE/UGC recognized or NAAC accredited institute
• Affiliated to an Indian university or Global University of repute

Desirable Education Qualification

• Post Graduate Degree in Transportation/Highway/Structure/Construction Management/Soil Mechanics
• From AICTE/UGC recognized or NAAC accredited institute
• Affiliated to Indian university or Global University of repute

Experience

• Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience in Government/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies/Private organizations like NHAI/MoRTH/NHIDCL/BRO/State PWDs/R&B Departments
• Out of 20 years: Minimum 9 years exclusively in dealing with construction/operations/maintenance/supervision/contract management of highways/roads/bridges/underpasses/overpasses
• Experience with MoRTH/IRC standards and International Standards preferred

Age Limit (as on last date of application receipt)

• General/Non-Govt Officials: Maximum 55 years
• Retired/Superannuated Govt Officials: Maximum 63 years (must have retired from Level-13 or 5 years at Level-12)

Minimum Annual CTC

• Non-Govt Employees: Minimum Rs. 18 Lakhs annual gross salary in any of last 5 years
• Retired Govt Officials: Retired from Level-13 or minimum 5 years at Level-12 (CDA pay scale)
