Essential Qualification: PhD degree awarded in Aerospace / Civil Aviation, AI, Communication, Cyber Security, Robotics/Autonomous Systems or Quantum Technology from recognized University / Colleges. Desirable Post Qualification Research Experience: Minimum 4 years post qualification Industry experience (as per Table-1 in notification). Only relevant post-qualification industrial experience will be considered. Academic/Teaching/Research work, banking, internship, contractual in BEL/other PSUs not considered as relevant experience.
Member (Research Staff) E-III Grade: Rs.50,000/- 3% - Rs.1,60,000 + admissible allowances. 5 advance increments and 2 years’ seniority will be added at the entry level. Other perks: Dearness Allowance, HRA (35% of Basic as perquisites), Performance Related Pay, Medical Reimbursement, PF, Gratuity, Superannuation Pension, Group Insurance etc. as per Company rules.
Maximum Age: 37 years for GEN candidates. Age relaxation: 3 years for OBC(NCL), 5 years for SC/ST, 10 years for PwBD (as per Government guidelines).
