• Retired ONGC executives with minimum 5 years cumulative experience in Hazira Plant / Uran plant / CPF Gandhar.
• Retired professionals from PSUs with minimum 5 years work experience in refineries / petro-chemical plant.
• E4/E5 level designation at retirement (E6 level also eligible with remuneration capped at E5 level).
