Management Trainee (MT)
Qualification
Qualification: Candidates must possess a Full-time B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc (Engineering) degree in the relevant discipline (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical).
Minimum Marks: A minimum of 65% marks is required in the qualifying degree.
Year of Passing: Only candidates who passed out or are in their final year in 2025 or 2026 are eligible to apply.

General: 25 years
OBC (NCL): 28 years
SC/ST: 30 years
PwD (General): 35 years | PwD (OBC-NCL): 38 years | PwD (SC/ST): 40 years.

Salary Details
During 1-year Training: ₹60,000/- pm + Accommodation & Transport OR ₹60,000 + ₹15,000 (if not provided).
On successful absorption (after training + 1-year probation):
Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – 1,80,000
CTC: ₹21.00 Lakhs (Construction) / ₹20.10 Lakhs (Others) approx.
Additional site allowances, leaves encashment, retirement benefits, etc.
