Qualification
M. Tech or M. Sc. or equivalent postgraduate degree in Physics or materials science, Nontechnology or Electronics.
Valid NET/GATE (or any national level examinations by Central Government departments and their agencies and institutions) with 60% marks or CGPA 6.5

Maximum Age: 35 years

Salary Details
For the first two years: INR 37,000/- Plus HRA (for candidates having any recognized National Eligibility Test score/rank)
For the first two years: INR 30,000/- Plus HRA (for candidates not having any recognized National Eligibility Test score/rank)
For the third year: INR 42,000/- Plus HRA (for candidates having any recognized National Eligibility Test score/rank)
For the third year: INR 33,000/- Plus HRA (for candidates not having any recognized National Eligibility Test score/rank)
