Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Company under the Ministry of Defence, has released a notification for the BEL Field Operation Engineer Recruitment 2026 (Advertisement No. 383/HR/FOE/MS/2025-26). This temporary recruitment drive will be conducted to fill 6 Field Operation Engineer vacancies on a contract basis for Missile Systems SBU projects at Shillong, Delhi, and Gandhinagar locations. Field Operation Engineer – 6 Posts (GEN-3, OBC(NCL)-2, EWS-1)

Qualification

Age Limit (as on 01.04.2026): Maximum 40 years for General & EWS candidates. Relaxation: 3 years for OBC(NCL), 5 years for SC/ST, 10 years for PwBD (additional relaxation applicable). Maximum age with all relaxations is 50 years.
Educational Qualification: Full-time B.E / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized university/institute.
Experience: Minimum 07 years post-qualification experience as on 01.04.2026.

Selection Process

The selection will be done on the basis of the following steps:-

Written Test (85% weightage)
Interview (15% weightage) – Only for candidates who qualify in Written Test (in the ratio 1:5)

➢ Step 2: Fill the application form carefully in the prescribed format.

➢ Step 3: Pay the application fee online through SBI Collect (if applicable) and attach the payment receipt.

➢ Step 4: Attach self-attested photocopies of all required documents (educational certificates, experience certificates, age proof, caste certificate, etc.).

➢ Step 5: Send the complete application through post to the address given below so that it reaches on or before 15 April 2026.
