Qualification

Educational Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) or 5-Year Integrated M.Tech degree with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in the relevant discipline from a recognized university. Candidates in final year/semester of 2026 are also eligible (must produce final marksheet by 30 November 2026).

GATE Score: Valid GATE 2024 / 2025 / 2026 score in the same discipline as the qualifying degree is mandatory.

Form Apply Process
Eligible & Interested candidates must apply online only through the official NPCIL career portal.
➢ Step 1: Visit the dedicated application portal www.npcilcareers.co.in and register using valid email and mobile number.
➢ Step 2: Enter your valid GATE 2024/2025/2026 Registration Number and fill educational qualification & work experience details.
➢ Step 3: Upload scanned Photograph, Signature and all required documents.
➢ Step 4: Select preferred Interview City and Reactor Stream (PHWR / LWR).
➢ Step 5: Review the application, pay the fee (if applicable) and submit the form on or before 30 April 2026 (16:00 Hrs).
➢ Step 6: Take a printout of the final submitted application for future reference.
Note: Only online applications are accepted. Candidates must ensure that the GATE score and discipline match the qualifying degree. Application fee is non-refundable.
