Qualification
Superintending Engineer:-
- Employees of the Central/State/Union Territory Governments/Universities /Central Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Research & Development organizations holding analogous post
- Or Executive Engineers with 5 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs. 7600/-.
- Or Executive Engineer with 10 years of regular service in the grade pay of Rs.6600/-
Nursing Superintendent:-
- Officers of the State / Central Government or Statutory /Autonomous Bodies holding analogous posts Or
- Deputy / Assistant Nursing Superintendent with 5 years regular service in the grade pay of Rs.5400/-.
Personal Assistant:-
- Officers under the Central / State / U.T. Governments / Universities / Statutory, Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations: i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis,
- Or ii) With 10 years regular service in the Level-4 (grade pay of ₹2400).

Salary Details
Superintending Engineer – Pay Level 13 as per 7th CPC.
Nursing Superintendent – Pay Level 11 as per 7 th CPC.
Personal Assistant – Pay Level 6 as per 7th CPC (Rs.35400 -112400).
