Any AIIMS graduates will be considered to be allotted post on preferential basis. Experience in Army Services, Central Health Services, Private Nursing Homes and Private Practice will be taken as equivalent to Junior Residency (Non-Academic). The merit for AIIMS Bibinagar MBBS graduates will be made on the basis of their aggregate marks in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Professional examinations. All Junior Resident posts which remain unfilled after allotment to AIIMS Bibinagar MBBS graduates will be offered to other candidates. The merit order of non-AIIMS Bibinagar MBBS graduates will be on the basis of rank obtained in the INI-CET PG Entrance Examination for January 2026 session. Candidates who have not appeared in INI-CET PG Entrance Examination January 2026 session will be ranked in merit after those who have appeared, and combined merit list will be prepared based on percentage of marks (MBBS or MCI screening exam percentage, as applicable). The interview/counselling will be done strictly by combined merit list; in case of absentee, the next candidate in merit will be considered. PWD candidates will be considered against posts in the category in which they have applied (UR/EWS/SC/ST/OBC) and last posts in the respective category will be offered to PWD candidates, in case PWD candidate is not able to make on his/her own merit, subject to medical fitness certification by duly constituted Board. The number of vacancies indicated against each post/category is provisional and may vary at the time of selection. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification and incomplete applications will not be considered and will be rejected. The prescribed qualification is minimum and merely possessing the same does not entitle any candidate for selection. Late applications/ incomplete applications in any respect will be summarily rejected. The appointee shall be on whole time appointment of AIIMS Bibinagar and shall not accept any other assignment, paid or otherwise, and shall not engage in private practice during the period of contract. All Junior Residents will need to work in emergency on rotation as needed and may work in shifts and can be posted at any place in the Institute as per discretion of MS/Dean/Executive Director. The appointees shall be granted leave in accordance with instructions issued by Government of India from time to time and shall not be entitled to benefits like Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Seniority, Promotion etc. available to regular Government servants. If an appointee wishes to apply somewhere else or resign within the first 3 months of joining, then he/she will not be issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC) nor any relieving letter or experience certificate. The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law and must abide by rules of conduct and discipline of the Institute. If any information or declaration is found false or if any information is willfully suppressed, the candidate will be liable to be removed from service and action will be taken as deemed fit by Competent Authority. The Competent Authority reserves the right to amend, cancel and change this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason or giving notice, and all disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of High Court, Hyderabad (Telangana).
