The decision of the selection committee, further to approval of Executive Director, AIIMS Guwahati, will be final. The position is purely on a contract basis for an extramural research project funded by ICMR-NIRDHDS, New Delhi. Initial appointment is for six months, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance reviews, up to the duration of the project (approximately three years). This appointment does not vest any right to claim for regular appointment or permanent absorption in AIIMS Guwahati. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
