Intermediate (10+2) and Diploma or certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent. Preference: One year experience in NTEP or Sputum smear microscopy. Candidates with higher qualification (for example Graduates) shall be preferred.

Appointment authority will be the Chief District Health Officer, District Panchayat Office (Health), Surat, and selection will be done as per the rules and conditions mentioned in the notification.
