  • HMIS Manager (IT): BE/B.Tech or equivalent or MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Management or Master's in Public Health/MBBS/BDS
  • Project Manager (IT): BE/B.Tech and MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management, or Master's in Public Health
  • Project Manager (Coordination): BE/B.Tech and MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management, or Master's in Public Health
  • IEC Expert (Coordination): Post Graduate degree or equivalent in Mass Communication/Public Relations/Journalism/Social Work/Development
  • Grievance Redressal Officer: BE/B.Tech/MCA/Master's in Public Policy/Public Administration/BA-LLB, MBA(HR)
  • Business Analyst (IT): BE/B.Tech or MCA or MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Management or Masters in Public Health
  • Project Coordinators (Admin & Support): BE/B.Tech or BCA/MCA or MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Management or Masters in Public Health
  • Project Coordinators (Coordination): BE/B.Tech or BCA/MCA or MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Management or Masters in Public Health
• Desirable Qualification
  • Desired Certifications for some posts: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, Agile Safe, PGMP/ITIL
  • Proficient in MS Office suite for several posts

• Experience
  • Joint Director (IT): Minimum 10 years in managing IT operations, Minimum 2 years Managing Government IT projects
  • HMIS Manager (IT): 10+ years, Preferably 2+ years in government project
  • Project Manager (IT/Coordination): 6+ years, 2+ years in government project preferably social sector
  • IEC Expert: 4+ Years in knowledge management and IEC strategy
  • Grievance Redressal Officer: 4+ Years in Client Relationship Management
  • Business Analyst/Project Coordinators: 3+ years working experience in health care sector

• Minimum: 21 years
• Maximum: 60 years
