Qualification

  • Graduate with computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet); M.Sc. IT, BE IT, MCA, MBA preferred
  • Age group: 21-45 years at the time of appointment
  • Resident of the same district or adjoining district
  • Proficient in local language (reading and writing)
  • Willing to visit villages in the district for supervision
  • Accommodation near the nodal branch, not outside the district
  • No adverse record or dismissal from past service
  • Police verification will be conducted
  • Rural banking experience of at least 3 years (for young candidates)
  • Retired bank officers up to Chief Manager equivalent, or retired clerks of Bank of Baroda with JAIIB and good track record, may also apply

Maximum Age: 21 to 45 years at the time of appointment (max age for continuation: 65 years)

Selection Process

  • Selection will be through an interview process by a committee headed by the Regional Head
  • Performance review on a monthly basis
  • Renewal of contract based on performance
  • Termination possible with 30 days notice or immediately for unsatisfactory conduct

Salary Details

  • Fixed Component: Rs. 15,000 per month
