Qualification
- Internal Audit Officer: Officers from Audit/Accounts Services on deputation; Level 11 (3 yrs) or Level 10 (5 yrs) experience in Govt/Autonomous Bodies.
- Assistant Librarian: Master’s in Library Science with 55% marks, NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. as per UGC rules, good academic record, computerised library knowledge.
- Assistant Registrar: Master’s degree with 55% marks; desirable – 5 years supervisory experience in Admin/Finance/Academic + computer knowledge.
- Security Officer: Bachelor’s degree with 5 yrs security supervision experience OR JCO-level Army service; valid driving licence.
- Private Secretary: Bachelor’s degree, 3 yrs PA or 5 yrs Steno experience, stenography 120/100 wpm, typing 35/30 wpm, computer skills.
- Assistant Engineer (Civil): First-class BE/B.Tech (Civil) + 3 yrs JE/equivalent experience in Govt/Autonomous/large private organisation.
- Estate Officer: Second-class BE (Civil) + 5 yrs experience in construction, maintenance, estate management.
- Junior Engineer (Electrical): B.Tech (Electrical) + 1 yr experience OR Diploma + 3 yrs experience in CPWD/State PWD/Autonomous bodies.
- Nurse: B.Sc Nursing, Registered Nurse, 2 yrs hospital experience.
- Professional Assistant: Master’s in Library Science +1 yr experience OR Bachelor’s +3 yrs experience; computer knowledge.
- Technical Assistant: Bachelor’s in Chemical/Life/Environmental/Physical Sciences +3 yrs lab experience.
- Technical Assistant (Computer): B.Tech in CSE/IT OR MCA/M.Sc (CS/IT) +2 yrs relevant experience.
- Lower Division Clerk: Bachelor’s degree, typing 35 wpm (Eng)/30 wpm (Hin), computer proficiency.
- Hindi Typist: Bachelor’s degree, 30 wpm Hindi typing, computer applications knowledge.
- Driver: 10th pass, valid commercial licence (LMV/MMV/HMV), motor mechanism knowledge, 3 yrs driving experience.
- Library Attendant: 10+2 + Library Science certificate +1 yr experience; basic computer knowledge.
- Laboratory Attendant: 10+2 (Science) OR 10th + 2 yrs lab experience.

Form Apply Process
The BBAU Online Application must be submitted through the Samarth University Recruitment Portal. Follow these steps for successful registration and submission:
➢ Step 1: Visit the official apply online link starting from 14th November 2025 and complete the application registration process on bbaunt.samarth.edu.in.
➢ Step 2: Prepare and upload self-attested PDF files of all required supporting documents, including educational certificates, experience proofs, category certificates (if applicable), photograph, and signature.
➢ Step 3: Pay the application fee online (₹1000 for General/OBC or ₹500 for SC/ST/EWS/PwBD/Women) through the payment gateway. Submit the form by 14th December 2025 (23:59:59 hrs).
➢ Step 4: Take a printout of the submitted application for future reference.
