• Technician Apprentice: High School Pass + Diploma Pass in relevant engineering discipline (Regular / Full Time).
• Graduate Apprentice: B.E. / B.Tech Engineering Graduate in relevant discipline (Regular / Full Time).

• 18 to 27 years as on 01/08/2025.
• Relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and as per Govt. norms for PwD/EWS.
• Other relaxations as per Government guidelines.

• No application fee for BHEL Apprentice Posts.

• Merit-based selection based on marks in 10th and ITI / Diploma / Graduate examinations.
• Documents Verification.

➢ Step 1: NATS Registration (Degree / Diploma) - Register on the MHRD NATS portal to obtain a 12/16-digit Student Enrolment Number (mandatory). Apprenticeship Registration (ITI) – Register through Apprenticeship India portal.
➢ Step 2: BHEL Application - Submit the application on the BHEL Trichy portal using the NATS / Apprenticeship Enrolment Number.
➢ The candidates need to upload following documents:- Passport-size photograph, signature, 10th mark sheet, ITI consolidated mark sheet, Community Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwD, if applicable), Aadhaar card, NATS profile screenshot, and Aadhaar-seeded/DBT-enabled bank passbook front page.
