The position of Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) is purely on contractual basis. The project is sponsored by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). The project title is “Development, Evaluation and Clinical Validation of Fluorescent Molecules to Target Alzheimer’s Disease”. The project tenure is 1 year and extendable to 3 years. Selected candidate may be permitted to register for the PhD program of BITS Pilani subject to fulfilling the requirements of the PhD qualification process as per the institute norms. The selected candidate will undertake synthesis and characterization of fluorescent molecular probes, including analytical and photophysical studies, and perform in vitro and in vivo biological evaluations. The candidate will coordinate with the clinical research team at AIIMS, New Delhi, for translational studies, analyze data, maintain documentation, and contribute to publications, conferences, and patent filings.
