The Cabinet Secretariat DFO Recruitment 2025 application must be submitted offline in the prescribed format. The steps are as follows:-

➢ Step 1: Download and duly fill the application format on A-4 size paper.

➢ Step 2: Attach self-attested photocopies of Mark-sheets and Certificates of Matriculation, 10+2, B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc., GATE Score Card, Caste Certificate (if applicable), NOC, and Undertaking/Discharge Certificate (for Ex-Servicemen).

➢ Step 3: Send the completed application to "Post Bag No. 001, Lodhi Road Head Post Office, New Delhi - 110003" by Ordinary Post. The last date for receipt is 14th December 2025.
