The Centre for Advanced Financial Research & Learning (CAFRAL), an independent body established by the Reserve Bank of India, has announced vacancies for the posts of Research Program Coordinator and Program and Relationship Manager. The CAFRAL focuses on advanced research in Banking & Finance and conducts learning programs for senior executives of Banks, Financial Institutions, and NBFCs. Eligible graduates apply in prescribed application format from September 16, 2025, to October 15, 2025. • Research Program Coordinator: Full-time Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government, completed by October 15, 2025.
• Program and Relationship Manager: Full-time Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government, completed by September 30, 2025.

• Maximum 35 years as on October 15, 2025, for both posts.
• Age relaxation applicable as per government norms for reserved categories.

• Research Program Coordinator: Approx. CTC ₹18 Lakhs per annum.
• Program and Relationship Manager: Approx. CTC ₹18 Lakhs per annum.
