FLCC Counsellor Qualification: Graduate from UGC recognised university. Essential Qualification: Computer literate – MS Office, internet, basic knowledge of local language. Effective communication skills in local language. Desirable Qualification: Retired/VRS from any nationalised bank as Scale I officer (SBI / RRBs) preferred or other government/semi-government employees (e.g., government teachers) with banking and financial services knowledge and completed relevant IIBF certification course. Experience: Applicant should have unblemished service record and satisfactory service certificate from previous employer. Minimum 10 years experience as officer or permanent employee. Candidate should be resident of the same state, preferably same or nearby district. Faculty: The contract amount shall be fixed at Rs.30000/- per month. No other allowance/benefit/payment/facility will be admissible. FLCC Counsellor: Monthly salary Rs.25000/- and mobile allowance Rs.1000/-. No other additional benefits, charges, expenses etc. will be payable. Faculty: 22-40 years with sound Health FLCC Counsellor: Age generally above 45 years and less than 65 years as on 31.01.2026. Last Date for Receipt of Application 20 February 2026 The eligible candidates will be called for personal interview and the decision of the Society/Trust in this regard shall be final. (a) While applying for the post, the applicant should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria and other norms mentioned above and that the particulars furnished are correct in all respects. In case it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and / or that he/ she has furnished any incorrect / false information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his / her candidature will automatically stand cancelled. • FLCC Counsellor: Age generally above 45 years and less than 65 years as on 31.01.2026.

• The eligible candidates will be called for personal interview and the decision of the Society/Trust in this regard shall be final.
