Qualification
Must have passed the 10th class examination or equivalent with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
Additionally, possess a National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the notified trade issued by NCVT or a Provisional Certificate from NCVT/SCVT.
Age
15 to 24 years as on 12/08/2025 (born between 12/08/2001 and 12/08/2010).
Age relaxation: 05 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC, and 10 years for PwD.
Application Form Fees
₹ 100/- (non-refundable) for all candidates except exempted categories.
No fee for SC/ST/PwD/Women candidates.
Payment via online modes like debit/credit card, net banking, or SBI Challan.
Selection Process
Selection will be on the basis of merit list prepared in respect of all the candidates who apply against the notification.
The merit list will be prepared on the basis of percentage of marks in matriculation (with minimum 50% aggregate marks) + ITI marks in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done.
The panel will be on the basis of simple average of marks in the matriculation and ITI.

Interested candidates should register online through the RRC Central Railway portal at rrccr.com between 12th August 2025 and 11th September 2025 up to 5:00 PM.
