Desirable: Strong interest and passion for research and innovation with inclination towards technology innovation/entrepreneurship. Desirable: Hands-on experience in analytical instruments, BSL-2 laboratory work, animal handling etc. Desirable: Work experience/qualification in business management, IP management, project management, law and agreements, technology transfer, incubation. Desirable: Excellent communication skills with experience in scientific writing and content development. Desirable: Self-motivated and able to work with stringent deadlines; willing to travel for summits, collaborative and outreach programmes.
