Qualification
- Candidates must have passed the Intermediate Examination of Chartered Accountant (CA) conducted by ICAI OR
- Passed the Intermediate Examination of Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) conducted by ICWAI.
- Valid certificate and mark sheets required at the time of application.
Age
- UR / EWS: Maximum 28 years
- OBC (NCL): Maximum 31 years
- SC / ST: Maximum 33 years
- PwD: Additional 10 years relaxation over category limit
Form Apply Process
Applications are to be submitted online only through the CIL website. Follow these steps:
➢ Step 1: Visit www.coalindia.in → Career with CIL → Jobs at Coal India and access the online application portal from 26th December 2025 (10:00 Hrs).
➢ Step 2: Register and fill the online application form with accurate details.
➢ Step 3: Upload scanned copies of:
- Passport size photograph
- Signature
- Proof of Date of Birth
- Aadhaar Card
- CA/CMA Intermediate Certificate & Mark sheets
- Community Certificate (if applicable)
- Disability Certificate (if applicable)
- Proof for Land Owner / Ward of Employee (if applicable)
➢ Step 4: Submit the application before 15th January 2026 (17:00 Hrs).
➢ Step 5: Take a printout of the submitted application for future reference.
Salary Details
- Fixed monthly stipend of Rs. 22,000/- during the training period.
