Qualification

News Reader (Hindi):-

  • Essential: Requires a university degree, language proficiency, a suitable appearance and voice for broadcasting, correct pronunciation, and knowledge of current affairs and important personalities.
  • Preferable: Includes a journalism or academic/related professional background, and experience in television/radio media.
  • Desirable: Encompasses knowledge of English & Hindi, interviewing skills for significant individuals, and the ability to write news stories and report on sports events.

Copy Editor:- 

  • Essential Qualifications: Degree from a recognized university. Degree/PG Diploma in Journalism/Mass Communication. 3 years of experience in the relevant field. Proficiency in the relevant language.
  • Desirable Qualification: Acquaintance with regional, national, or international affairs.

Video Editor:- 

  • Degree from a recognized university, or a Degree/Diploma in TV or radio production from a recognized university.
  • Software Proficiency: Must be well-versed in software like Adobe Premier Pro, Davinci Resolve, Canopus Edius, Adobe After Effect, and Photoshop.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in the relevant field.

Broadcast Assistant:-

  • Degree/Diploma in Broadcast Journalism/TV Production from a recognized university, experience in live panel production/PCR operations, and 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Matriculation in the relevant language and possession of a news sense.

 

Age

News Reader (Hindi) – 21-40 Yrs.

Copy Editor – 21-50 years.

Video Editor – 21-50 years.

Broadcast Assistant – 21-50 years.

Selection Process

Written, interview, computer based test, test through video conferencing, audition, screen test etc.

Salary Details

News Reader (Hindi):-

Rs. 1650/- per day per shift: For handling a single bulletin.
Rs. 1875/- per day per shift: For freshers handling multiple bulletins in a shift.
Rs. 2400/- per day per shift: For individuals with 3 years of experience handling multiple bulletins in a shift.

Copy Editor – Rs. 1500/- per day/per shift.

Video Editor – Rs. 1500/- per day/per shift.

Broadcast Assistant – Rs. 1500/- per day/per shift.
