• M.Sc in Material Science/Metallurgy in first division with NET/GATE

Research Associate (RA)

• Ph.D in Material Science/Metallurgy, OR
• M.Tech + 3 years research/teaching/design & development experience + at least one research paper in SCI journal

• JRF: Maximum 28 years
• RA: Maximum 35 years
• Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/PH, 3 years for OBC
