• Serving regular Senior Clerks in Pay Matrix Level-5
• Must have lien in ECoR/HQ and Personnel department of WPO/CRW/MCS
• Minimum 03 years regular service in the grade of Sr. Clerk in Level-5 in combined ministerial cadre of GA/Med/Personnel departments of ECoR/HQ & WPO/CRW/MCS as on 27.11.2025

• 100% Objective type Computer Based Test (CBT)/Written Examination (50 marks)
• Record of Service (30 marks)
• Written Examination will be of 2 hours (120 minutes) duration
• No negative marking
• Minimum passing marks: as per extant rules
• Pre-selection Coaching/Training will be provided to eligible reserved community employees

• Applications are to be submitted by the employees through their respective Controlling Officers
• Applications sent directly to this office without forwarding of controlling officers will be rejected
• Last date for submission of application in PCPO’s Office is 12.12.2025
• Applications received after 12.12.2025 will not be entertained under any circumstances
• Staff volunteering for the post should submit their application in the prescribed proforma (Annexure-B)
