Medical Officer, Medical Specialist, Dental Officer and Gynecologist will carry out 10 days On the Job Training (OJT) and obtain a certificate from Officer-in-Charge polyclinic before signing the contract. This duration of On the Job Training (OJT) will remain unpaid and as a mandatory requirement before assuming charge as a contractual employee.
