AMIE (Passed Section A & B examination of the Institute of Engineers (India) in above Engineering disciplines) will also be considered. experience: (i) Minimum 22 years of relevant experience in the field of shipbuilding out of which minimum 05 years in a senior management position in a reputed shipyard, Indian Navy. (ii) Proven experience in liaising with clients and Statutory Organizations. (iii) Conversant with classification societies rules related to Commercial Shipbuilding. (iv) Adequate exposure to commercial shipbuilding and alternate propulsion technology (Electric/ Hybrid system)

The tenure for Fixed Term Contract may be extended further depending upon requirement of the Company and performance and conduct of the engaged Expert / Specialist at the discretion of the Management. Age, Qualification & Experience required must be possessed / completed as on 01 Dec 2025. Equivalent qualification shall be considered as per Government / UGC / AICTE / MHRD guidelines/norms. Wherever grades are awarded by Universities/Institutes in CGPA/SGPA/ OGPA/DGPA systems, candidates must provide the formula for conversion to percentage, as given by their Universities/Institutes. Experience in a PSU or Government Organization must be inline post qualification experience. For getting reservation benefits under OBC-NCL category: (a) The name of caste and community of the candidate must appear in the 'Central list of Other Backward Classes'; (b) The candidate must not belong to creamy layer; (c) The candidate needs to furnish their OBC certificate as per the format prescribed by Government of India and it must not be older than 6 months as on 01 Dec 2025. Relaxations for SC / ST / OBC-NCL / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen will be as per Presidential Directives. Candidates employed in Government Departments / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies have to produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of Interview from the employer. In case, the candidate fails to produce the NOC from his/her employer at the time of Interview, his/her candidature will not be considered. SC/ST/PwBD candidates called for interview will be reimbursed travelling TA as per rules of the Company. However, no TA will be paid to any candidate for appearing in the written / computer test. Candidature of a registered candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process or after recruitment or joining if any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or is not found inconformity with eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement.
